Easy, High-Impact Hydrangeas

I have a hydrangea that never blooms– how do I even find out what kind it is to see what it needs?
Also, can the oak leaf be propagated? It is beautiful!

Lovely, my favorite is the Oakleaf..sure it’s the only one that thrives at clay and limestone but it is a beauty and btw…I have some over 8 foot tall! There are some dwarf varieties. Don’t forget H aborecens for your neck of the garden world!
