That is wonderful in its own way. After admiring it my next question would be how did they ever get this by the board?
Grin? I’m not grinning, I’m drooling… and I want to make friends with whoever lives there so I can drink wine on that balcony!
Now that is what I call individual creativety..amazing and well done..I can just imagine the enjoyment this green thumb gets from this container
gardening.I love the square design in the centre for the view beyond..from inside I am sure it appears as a green frame of the city skyline!
Imagine if all the balconies were draped in this way! What a dream that would be. This is an outstanding display and garden feat.
