I consented to join my now-boyfriend there for a day of black-and-white photography (him) and horticultural drooling (me). I don't have many pictures of myself, but I liked this one as I was sitting within the branches of an old, gnarled shrub (fitting for a gardening blog pic) just outside of a huge stone mausoleum. When I put photos on the Divas of the Dirt site I blur the faces, because there is a group of women involved, not just me.
